Bid production is one of the most important processes in your business. Without it, the new contracts dry up. Yet in many apparently mature businesses, the bidding process is re-invented every time a new opportunity comes in sight.

Even if you only have a very small core team, it should be possible to minimise the cost of bid-production by putting in a small number of production tools, templates and procedures. As new members join the team – however temporarily – training and information sources should be at their finger-tips.
