Bid support is the core of our business. After working ‘on the other side’ – advising public sector teams on some of the most complex, high-profile and high-risk projects of the last decade, we now bring all this knowledge to help you increase your contract capture rate.

We have worked with some of the best public-sector project teams, as they have selected excellent suppliers and superb solutions for public contracts. We have also seen teams reluctantly pass over astoundingly good suppliers – simply because they didn’t pay enough attention to putting their bid together. Regrettably, we have also had to watch abysmal bids get rewarded with contracts – either because the selection process was not sufficiently robust, or because the bidder just knew ‘how to play the game’.

If you are confident you are the best team, we make sure it is obvious to the evaluators. We recognise that clients have differing levels of resource and capability: so you decide where we will fit in with your plans. We can provide you with ‘on-call’ support and advice on a per diem basis, or we can resource the whole bid preparation process.
