Building Capability

Our tag line, you might have noticed, is ‘making sure the best team wins’. Most companies automatically assume we are talking about them.

But what if you find yourself with the difficult task of drumming up business for a team that is, well, not quite the best? Firstly, you could always lie. Many companies do that – but it’s not something we feel at all comfortable with. The alternative is to work towards a point where your team actually IS the best.

There are two ways of getting your team to be the best; firstly, develop the team, develop the product or service and refine your bidding process. The second is to ensure that you only bid for contracts where you are the best – where you have competitive advantage.
