Much of our work is related to major contracts being financed out of public money under the Public Contracts Regulations (OJEU advertised). Historically, these contracts have been awarded predominantly on the basis of price. By making cost the key deciding criteria, awarding authorities have frequently contracted with suppliers who are unable (and sometimes unwilling) to deliver the required benefits within the contract.
We work with public- and private-sector clients to ensure that procurement competitions are fair, honest and transparent. More importantly, our method of supplier selection maximises the likelihood of selecting a supplier/solution combination that will completely meet the authority’s needs.
Our considerable experience of working with procurement decision-makers on large complex projects makes us ideally qualified to work with bidders. If a bidder is ideal for a particular contract, we can work with them to ensure that they sue the selection process to their own advantage and demonstrate the fact to the buyers.
